James 1:13-18
It’s not hard to see that humanity is in a fractured state. Our tendency is to constantly chase after things that are less than what God has intended for us. The problem is that we live focused on our selfish desires, but God Himself is what our hearts were designed to chase!
In his letter to a scattered people, James reminds us that God is always good, and He is always working to strengthen us through the difficulties we face. What if we started to live in the knowledge that God is FOR US? What if we spent time each day dwelling on the goodness of God? God will let you go through tough times. But God is always FOR you.
