At Rise Youth, we’re building a movement where students truly know Him, and when they do, everything changes—true identity is discovered, real purpose is awakened, and the Gospel moves through them into every space they touch.

We preach Jesus with clarity and conviction, create space for real encounters in worship, build deep community through small groups, and use fun to break down walls and open hearts. We know we’re winning the youth when students own their faith, bring their friends, open their Bibles, lead in their schools, and live transformed lives that carry Jesus into culture.

Crew is a team of students who set the culture, live the mission, and lead the way at Rise Youth.Crew members help create a welcoming, fun, and Christ-centered environment every week.Students serve on teams like welcome, games, production, prayer, setup, and more. They meet once a month for training, to learn to lead like Jesus, and to grow in character, responsibility, and confidence.Crew exists to raise up students who love Jesus, serve others, and make a real impact.
