Whether you’re greeting people at the doors, leading worship, running production, or serving in Rise Kids, every role plays a crucial part in the mission of saturating our city with the Gospel.

At Rise, we believe that serving is an act of worship, and when we serve with a joyful heart, we reflect the love of Christ to everyone who walks through our doors.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Team keeps the coffee bar stocked and prepares communion for each gathering, ensuring guests and team members feel welcomed.

The host team welcomes each person coming through our doors with a warm smile. The first impression of church is often right when someone walks in.

The Parking Team ensures a smooth parking experience for guests through directing traffic, assisting guests, and creating a friendly first impression.

If you enjoy keeping things running efficiently, this team is for you.

Sunday Support

Putting out chairs, ushering guests, placing flags and signage, and supporting other ministries is what this team is all about.

The Usher Team helps create a welcoming and organized worship experience by guiding guests to their seats and ensuring a smooth flow during gatherings.

We help people find resources that enrich and equip them, as well as some fun apparel and accessories that make a Gospel impact.

We create a safe, welcoming space where everyone can worship and serve Jesus. Always watchful, we ensure a secure environment at Rise.

Rise Kids

We serve hundreds of kids each Sunday and we are on a mission to saturate the smallest members in our city with the Gospel. We want kids to experience Jesus in a way that is fun and relevant!

Kids Check-In

Kids check-in greets new families and provides a seamless process for registering children, issuing identification tags, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment during gatherings.

FAQs about Team Jesus

We know you may have a few questions before taking your next step. Here are some answers to commonly asked questions. 

1. Do I need experience to serve?

No experience is needed! We provide training and support for every role so you can serve with confidence.

2. How often do I have to serve?

Most teams serve on a rotation, typically twice a month or monthly, but you can choose a schedule that works for you.

3. What if I try a team and realize it's not the right fit?

No problem! We want you to serve where you thrive, so we’ll help you find a team that fits your gifts and passions.

4. Can my kids serve with me?

Yes! Some teams, like Hospitality, Ushering, and Sunday Environment, allow families to serve together. Rise Kids also has opportunities for older students to help. We even have Basecamp for kids to go to if their parents "serve one, go to one". More info with Rise Kids!

5. Are there opportunities to serve outside of Sundays?

Absolutely! Many teams, like Outreach, Prayer, Digital Media, and Care, serve throughout the week in different ways.

6. What if I have a busy schedule?

We have flexible serving options to fit any schedule. Whether you serve weekly, monthly, or occasionally, every contribution matters!
